a return to castle wolfenstein single player episode

/About/

Nightmare is a psychological horror suspense-oriented project currently being developed for Return to Castle Wolfenstein. The main idea is to place a player into an environment, give them a story to read, give them a basic weapon and then send them into the world of Nightmare. And as they progress, they find out more about the twisted story, acquire more weapons and explore many chilling locals. Sounds basic, right? Well it's not. The entire world of Nightmare revolves around you and what you do, because quite frankly, it's your mind and not ours. What you see could be real or it could be fake. What you hear could be near, far or just that schizophrenic mentality that was passed down to you from your dads, dads, mothers side. Ultimately Diaz Developments is trying to scare you, however, it won't be easy because incorporating emotion-driven elements within a game world is pretty tough. So, instead of having glass shatter out of the blue as you walk by to try and scare you, we will mess with your mind a little bit. Coming from a background of film editing, movie production and little horror flicks, I think I can (Ganlas) do it.
